Malang Council Visits City Legislative

Malang Council, East Java, conducted a work visit (kunker) to City Council. The purpose is to get an information related to regional structure swift implication.

We want to have comparative study, to know whether there is any problem due to regional structure swift implication in City Council or not

Malang Council Legislative Board Chairman, Yaqud Ananda Gudban, said since 2017, numbers of Malang Government Departments have been adjusted to follow Government Regulation No. 18/2016 about Local Devices.

"We want to have comparative study, to know whether there is any problem due to regional structure swift implication in City Council or not," he said, Tuesday (3/7).

East Lampung Council Learned City Council Order

Meanwhile, City Council Commission B Member, Syarifuddin, explained the regional structure swift in executive also has implication to City Council working partners.

"Investor and One-Door Integrated Service Dept. now is becoming City Council Commission B Working partner. Previously, when its name was One-Door Integrated Service Board, it was Commission A partner," he explained.

He added, his side is still coordinating with executives to resolve the problem together. Especially about duties and responsibilities from each Regional Working Unit (SKPD).
